For easier planning, make sure to have a copy of the official LEGOLAND Malaysia map with you throughout your visit. Here’s a guide based on the map to help you navigate the park.

LEGOLAND Park

The actual theme park boasts over 40 rides and attractions ranging from classic carousels and boat rides to high-tech roller coasters and even life-size models made of LEGO bricks! It is comprised of eight themed zones: The Beginning, LEGO Technic, LEGO Kingdoms, LEGO City, Land of Adventure, Imagination, MINILAND, and LEGO NINJAGO World.

Some popular rides include Dino Island, Technic Twister, and Observation Tower. You’ve also got to check out Lost Kingdom Adventure, and Beetle Bounce.

For one-of-a-kind thrills, don’t miss out on The Great LEGO Race — the world’s first-ever LEGO virtual reality roller coaster. Apart from rides, you can also catch 4D movies at LEGO Studios or even build your own LEGO robot at LEGO Mindstorms. Alternatively, you can also admire gigantic LEGO versions of real-life landmarks and destinations such as those of Putrajaya, Angkor Wat, Wat Arun, and Taj Mahal.

LEGOLAND Water Park

For a splashing good time, look no further than LEGOLAND Water Park, where over 20 slides, rides, and water games await you. From surfing at the LEGO wave pool and floating down the Build-A-Raft lazy river, to playing at the DUPLO Safari and Joker Soaker — we can’t think of a more exciting way to beat the tropical heat.

Those looking for an adrenaline rush can take their pick among amazing water slides and tubes like the Red Rush, LEGO Slide Racers, Tidal Tube, and Wave Rider. If you’re looking for a sign to pack your sunscreen and swimwear, then this is it.

LEGOLAND Malaysia tends to get crowded during school holidays for Malaysia and Singapore. That said, we recommend scheduling your visit during off-peak days (especially regular weekdays) if you wish to avoid crowds. These also tend to be the least busy days that will allow you to go on rides and attractions with minimal chances of long queues.

The opening hours for all three parks are from 10am to 6pm. Last entry for each park is at 5pm. We recommend getting to LEGOLAND Malaysia as soon as the parks open, since the crowds often get larger a bit before lunchtime.

However, operating days vary per park. LEGOLAND Park is closed on select Wednesdays, while LEGOLAND Water Park is closed every Tuesday. SEA LIFE is open daily, but as of writing, some parts are closed due to renovations.
