There’s also Wild Africa, an introduction to the African plain. Take a stop at these two zones to see baboons, meerkats, rhinos, giraffes, lions, and zebras.
Following that, make your way over to the Fragile Forest, a teeming biodome home to wildlife from the earth’s various equatorial rainforests. Here, play a game of “I spy with my little eye” to spot camouflaged amphibians and hidden invertebrates. Malayan flying foxes will also glide above your head, with two-toed sloths lazing the day away, and white-faced saki monkeys playing around.

Slither your way into a reptilian paradise at RepTopia, a place that colourful and critically endangered reptiles and amphibians from over 60 species call home. Forget regular old lizards. Here, you’ll find animals with rad names – the endangered electric blue gecko, the bearded dragon, the Amazon milk frog, the dyeing poison frog, the gaboon viper, and the green basilisk. To see the hard-to-breed komodo dragons, you’ve got to head over to Reptile Garden instead.
Welcome to the cutest part of the zoo, Rainforest Kidzworld, a place dedicated to little ones on the Singapore Zoo map. It’s the perfect spot for kids to meet adorable and cuddly animals while mum and dad take a breather. But what exactly makes it unique?
You can find Falabella, the world’s smallest horse breed, while there are unique experiences for your little ones. There’s the Goat Keeper Talk and the Animal Friends presentation, where kids can get up close with animals. However, if you’re looking for the Splash Safari, that would be at River Wonders, a short stone’s throw away from the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari.
