Babies visiting the centre are chargeable from 6 months onwards. Kindly note that they will need an individual e-ticket at the entrance.
Tickets are for playtime on per entry basis for the duration stated on your selected session time. At the end of the session, all guests must leave the premises as the centre will need to undergo cleaning and sanitisation after each session. Late comers will have less play time and cannot be extended.
You are highly encouraged to pre-book your tickets and play slots online.
The staff have been briefed and will enforce safe distancing measures. Depending on the prevailing regulations on the date of your visit, the sale of Food and Beverage products may be suspended. In such times, kindly bring your own drinks.
Kindly note that there are inherent risks of injuries and parents are to supervise their children at all times to ensure proper, safe play and not to endanger or inconvenience others in the centre.

The redemption of the voucher from Pelago was easy. We registered ahead of time on the link provided. Brilliant place for kids. We have a 2 year only girl and she enjoyed it a lot. Socks are mandatory for children and adults. Great view from this place and at a very good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would come and visit the other outlets at Clarke Quay and Kinex
Loved it, I brought my son to polliwogs at vivo on a weekend and the place wasn't too crowded. He did make many friends there and had a really good time.

Clean and safe - great to have padding all over the place! Good exploratory fun for my 20month toddler - there were slides, ball pit and a couple of others! Spacious! Went on a weekday morning and it wasn't crowded. Do take note that they have timeslots and to maximise the time spent, do plan ahead and turn up at the start of each time slots! (Section for 3years old and above looked really fun!) Entry was also pretty straightforward and fuss free, just need to show booking voucher to the staff.
