Valid for international visitors, who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days at the time of purchase.
A valid passport must be presented at the time of collection.
Top-up your pass for additional bus or tram services at any convenience store where service is available.
This pass can only be exchanged at Hong Kong/ Kowloon/ Tsing Yi/ Airport (at arrival platform) Airport Express Customer Service Centre.
Voucher Use
Present your mobile voucher and the passports of all travellers at the designated counter to receive your passes.

Good choice if you travel around to many places
If you travel a lot using mrt, can be cheaper. But bus and tram are not included
in hong kong , we decided to buy a pair of MTR passes . sadly , we realise the pass must be collected at the airport arrival hall only ? and there is no refund etc . 2 passes just wasted . only when I see the email then I realise that it has to be collected upon arrival and not at any MTR STATIONS . Most of the tickets we see can be collected at the event venue itself , with QR codes etc . why cant the MTR passes be the same . ??
