Kapalnya bersih, WC nya bersih. Sesuat hal yang agak jarang di kebanyakan Ferry. Staff helpful dan ramah. Ontime boarding.
It was a fantastic experience as it was the first time for me heading to Batam! And ferry rides was smooth despite the sea turbulance. However, the tickets could indicate the time zone for future use! Overall was a pleasant experience!
