Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
Guests are required to redeem tickets at the Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Terminal Ticket Office on the day of visit with the online purchase confirmation email.
Tickets are valid for redemption only on the day of redemption. No validity after expiry date.
The two trips of the round-trip ticket are only valid on the same day.

Great experience in the almost totally transparent Crystal+ cabin. Highly recommended. There are nice eateries, including dessert shops at the peak.
