Scam company! Van turned up with only 1 seat available but we had booked for 2. Driver tried to suggest one of us sit on the floor, there was no room whatsoever to do this, I’m not precious, or to share a seat (again it was so tight). Driver then phoned his boss and we were told ‘wait for another car’, we weren’t doing that under the Luang Prabang sun. Went to the office in town for a refund, first he tried to say ‘we missed the pick up’, then said ‘the refund will come online’. Don’t believe it, sit down like we did and tell him you aren’t moving and he quickly found our money. Absolute scam. Recent Google reviews show this isn’t the first time it’s happened and won’t be the last.
