Majestic Fast Ferry is a ferry operator based in Singapore that serves passengers that travel to and fro Harbour Front and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore, as well as Batam Center and Sekupang Ferry Terminal in Batam and Tanjung Pinang in Bintan in Indonesia. Majestic Ferry featuring two series of high-speed ferries called Majestic and Wavemaster. The Majestic ferries come with 317 seats, while the Wavemaster series have a capacity of 168 in each vessel. They are known as the fastest, most luxurious, high tech and youngest fleet in the region. Being a responsible ferry operator, they are committed to continuously uplift the standards of their services to ensure each passenger’s safety is the main priority. This is also to make sure their passengers have a pleasant and enjoyable journey with Majestic Ferry.

Good To Know
Do note that wef 1 Sep 2023, all customers are required to pay an additional Rp. 35,000 (SGD $3) when they return from Batam to Singapore at the Majestic Counter. This applies to customers holding onto tickets but have yet to travel as well.
Customer is required to reserved their own travel date and timing in the Majestic Fast Ferry counter with the Open Dated ticket.
Open Dated tickets are not reserved with a confirmed travel date and schedule of travelling.
Open Dated ticket can be used on any dates and ferry schedules as long as the seats are available.
Booking must be reserved with at least a 6-month passport validity.
Please ensure your visa status makes you eligible to enter Indonesia from Singapore.
Seats are subject to availability.
No refunds/cancellations for customers who miss the ferry/no-show.
Ticket valid for 90 days of purchase.
All Majestic Fast Ferry guests are entitled to 20kg of check-in baggage.
Guest can choose to Print out or Show through the Phone - (Physical Print out is not Required).
