Waited 1.5 hours in a queue to go up to Penang Hill and another 2 hours in a queue to come down from Penang. This is because the driver did not purchase the Fast Lane tickets for us. Because of the long queue wasted, there is no reason for driver to grumble or argue that his knock off time is 6pm when my booking was from 2pm to 6.30pm. Anyway, we came down from penang Hill to meet driver Mr Kan at 5.45pm. Please do look into this matter seriously about the time we booked from 2pm to 6.30pm and not as quoted by driver 6pm that he made a fuss out of this. Await for a favourable reply. Thank you.
