Tour Guide didn't show up. There was no indication of the name of person who we would be meeting or if they would have a sign indicating the tour. We got there early and waited for 40min and then finally just gave up and left.
We made a booking but no one showed to pick us up. We waited for so long and left. Customer service when contacted for the same are refusing to believe us and mention that we were the only group that were not picked for not unknown reasons. Very disappointing
