Manjanggul Cave is a World Natural Heritage site. You can see and feel the power created by nature and the mysterious stone pillars. Manjanggul Cave is a small mountain called "Geomun Oreum" which repeatedly explodes.
Feel the power of nature, which flows like a river towards the sea and forms a long tube-like cave as the surface of the land hardens first and the hot lava inside gradually shrinks. The stone pillar at the last 1km viewing point gives a vivid picture of natural lava formation.
The outer circumference of Sangumburi Crater is 2,067m, the inner circumference is 756m, and the depth of the crater is 100~146m, forming a conical cliff with a floor area of about 8,000 pyeong. The crater ejected very little lava. The explosion dug a deep hole and scattered the explosives in all directions, depositing only a small amount around it. Feel the nature of Jeju in autumn silver grass and walking trails.
