Hassle-free and easy installation. Just needed to make sure to scan from the correct voucher which is sent separately from the Pelago confirmation. 5G internet in Bangkok is blazingly fast.
Poor response time when I write in
I didn’t receive the eSIM from pelago and raised to Pelago for refund, pending their customer feedback and it has been more than 2 days. Very very very bad and disappointed, 8 hours before travel then noticed that the pelago QR code is not eSIM and the vendor didn’t send me the eSIM QR code at all! NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR
