The tour is good even though it was a long drive to Chiang Rai. The half way stop at Hot Spring on the way there was helpful. Get to soak my leg in warm sping water. Koi my guide was very good. She make sure I enjoy the tour and everything is ok. Koi is very knowledgeable and helpful. She communicated very well and speak clearly.
Banana was very attentive to details and friendly the whole experience.

My guide Norm was friendly but didn't speak good English for me to understand what she's saying. And i felt she was rushing to end the tour early (which we did, ended around 6pm instead of the stated 8pm). At the black house, we didn't have enough time to finish exploring the whole complex. There was little explanation at each sightseeing destination.
