I would like to make an official complaint The organisation of this tour is chaotic, to say the least, only at 11:20pm then an information was received about when to meet, when we reach the transfer point, we were left to scramble to find the guide, poor organisation, the guide spoke poor English, was not engaging during the trip, she never send any sms or WhatsApp messages to me, which she said she failed to do so. Don't know where to go to take the trams, totally not prepared for the trip. I want you to find out if she is a licensed guide, and refund me my money. English tour but she spoke so much in Mandarin DO NOT BOOK FROM PELAGO!
