In the event of ride suspension by Gogreen, Guests will be required to rebook a time slot at ticketing counter and will be provided with a new physical booking slip. There is strictly no rebooking via online/phone/email and under any other circumstances.
Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity.
Children under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult/guardian to sign release of liability form.
Collection of bicycle starts from 10:00AM, return any time before 6:00PM.
This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
