The transfer service is one-way only. If you need a roundtrip transfer, please place separate bookings.
Please check the vehicle info first before booking and notify us of the number of passengers, luggage and car seats, and the size of luggage when booking. If the aforementioned data does not match the actual situation on-site, the supplier will have the right to withdraw the service.
Please note that the driver is only able to speak basic English. There will be online customer service that assists in English conversations.
The order can be reserved 24 hours at the earliest before departure.
The first child seat is complimentary, and for each additional seat, there is a charge of JPY2000

Fuss free . Driver come on time at hotel pick . At first was worried as driver hasn’t contact 24hr prior to pickup but it was quickly sorted out thru the help of Pelago customer service. Definitely will book again whenever traveling into Japan and out
