Super easy to redeem, just go to the tourist center, scan the QR code with the machine and it will auto print your tickets. To use just show all the buses/trains stations the pass and they will let you through. highly recommended.
Really easy to redeem the voucher. Just need to go to the Odakyu Tourist Information Centre in Shinjuku Station (west wing), scan the QR code on your voucher, using the 2 self service machines at the entrance, and the physical Freepass Ticket will be issued.
Quick to book and easy to redeem! Hakone free pass is super worth it if you're gonna do all the tourist attractions there. The cruise and ropeway and train are all pretty special. Quite a fun day out. Pelago had a discount code so it was cheaper than getting it directly from the store.
This pass is extremely convenient and of great value! Easy to hop and off the trains, boat, ropeway and cable car with this pass. Redemption was a breeze at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center machine. We topped up additional for the Romance car on the return direct train journey back. Thanks Pelago!
