Good To Know
The default in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been made with Joya Onsen Cafe via WhatsApp. A full list of the policy will be sent in the booking confirmation email together with the booking date and time slot.
As resources have been arranged beforehand, please note that there will be a 50% rescheduling fee of the original prices incurred for rescheduling requests that were received 4 working hours before your booking timeslot. Forfeit applies for reschedule/cancellation requests made within 2.5 working hours before the booking time slot.
To avoid such fees, please reschedule directly with Joya Onsen at least 24 hours before your activity day.
Patrons are required to return the towels and jinbeis/yukata if you do not intend to head over to public onsen/cafeteria after utilizing the private onsen.
