Multiracial Thai-Chinese-Australian chef Pam (Pichaya Utharntharm) was brought up in Bangkok, Thailand. Pam started her culinary career in the United States and trained in the three Michelin star Jean-Georges restaurant.

Chef Pam is a highly decorated industry leader with many awards and accolades under her belt. As a key influencer in the food industry, Chef Pam was a GEN.T honouree for 2018. Chef Pam was crowned and awarded 2022 THE FUTURE LIST 100 honouree from KOKTAIL Magazine for her contributions to Thailand.

the meal was perfect, as well as the service. would definitely revisit.

Definitely one of the best Michelin dining experiences that I've been to. For someone that has had numerous Michelin experiences in Singapore, the experience here at Potong rightfully sets the stage well. Great food, vibey location that's superbly well restored, and awesome service end to end. Make sure you come hungry because the 20 course is really quite filling! Also while you're here, do find time to check out their award winning Opium Bar - it's also quite exciting and experience.

Like a theatre culinary experience in 20 mini acts lol.

The welcome tea and rooftop wine were impressive. The menu items were creative and with surprises. Unfortunately the main course was a disappointment!

There is a corkage fee of THB 1200 per bottle of wine. No spirits or liquors are permitted.
One corkage fee is waived upon opening one bottle of wine at POTONG.
