You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter the circuit park and attend the race. SGGPL reserves the right to impose additional health directives at any time as SGGPL considers appropriate.
SGGPL has absolute discretion to delay, postpone or if necessary, cancel the race in the event of inclement weather or health, safety or security reasons. SGGPL may change or remove any performances, entertainment, attraction or program of the Race.
SGPPL may refuse to admit or eject any person from the circuit park for health, safety or security reasons. SGGPL may change seating arrangements for health, safety and security reasons.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances (even if programs are cancelled or changed). SGGPL will only give refunds if:-
(a) the ENTIRE RACE is cancelled and will not be re-scheduled;
(b) Dates are changed with less than 3 months notice;
(c) SGGPL cancels or make significant adverse changes to reserved seating arrangements.
Children below 7 will only be admitted if parents signs a letter of undertaking to indemnify SGGPL from any liability with regards the children. Letter can be obtained at SGP Website or ticket counters at the Circuit Park.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred or made available for sale or used for advertising, promotional or commercial purpose without SGPPL's prior written consent.
No food and beverage can be brought into the Circuit Park. Other than handphones and still image cameras, SGGPL will confiscate and equipment that makes sound or AV recording.
By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Conditions (singaporegp.sg/terms). It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood the Conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities.
