Chez Kai is the brainchild of Chef Kai Siang Yeo, who specialises in Neo-Bistro cuisine. Having worked in acclaimed establishments of varying cuisines locally and in Paris, Kai brings you well-crafted menus with 100% homemade components from bread and pasta to ferments and ice creams, with relaxed service in a comfortable and spacious environment.
The concept of private dining is such a refreshing change from going out to a restaurant! From the intimacy of the experience to the delicious food, it was an excellent experience overall. Especially appreciate Pelago's support in helping me seamlessly get across my dietary requirements to the chef.
