Redemption Point: Nankai Namba Station (2F service center or 3F ticket counter), Shin-Imamiya Station, Tengachaya Station, Nankai Kansai-Airport Station ticket office, Nankai Ticket Information.
Only ordinary seats are available, please check the timetable before departure.
The validity of Nankai Rapi:t Airport Express one-way Ticket is stated on the ticket.
Good to Know (Nankai Rapi:t Airport Express Train Digital Ticket)
Rapi:t α does not stop at Sakai Station.
If you cannot display the digital ticket due to a lost, malfunctioning, or dead mobile device, you will not be able to use it. Furthermore, we are unable to process reissues or refunds.
If you exit at a station, the ticket cannot be reused.
After purchasing the ticket, you must reserve the date, time, train and seat of the limited express train online before you can use it.
You can purchase tickets for up to 8 people each, arriving at Kansai Airport and departing from Kansai Airport on the same day.
Due to equipment maintenance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:30 a.m. Japan time, we will not be able to reserve seats during this period.
It is not possible to use multiple tickets at the same time with one smartphone. Tourists who purchase multiple tickets must distribute electronic tickets other than their own to the mobile devices of other traveling companions.
Tickets cannot be used on the day of purchase.
Multiple tickets purchased at one time will not be divided and can only be used on the same train with the same order.

Easy to exchange the voucher for the haruka tickets. Select the date you want to use it and they will issue the tickets. You can ride in the unreserved compartments without making a reservation or you can use the JR Green ticket machines to reserve the seat on the train.
Very easy to redeem - just opposite the train gantry with the large blue signboard. The staff will ask if you want a ticket for the next available train or if you're not ready to depart yet, you can choose the timing. Train was awesome - clean, quiet, spacious, fast. Usually the luggage racks fill up faster than the seats, so either queue early or place your luggage by your seat (assuming nobody's sitting beside you).
