We were only provided with a honda freed while we expected at least a bigger car Last time I booked the cheapest rate then I got the noah hybrid which was bigger than this booking. Next time I will just book a regular one or cheapest after this experience
I booked the airport transfer service to pick up my clients from the airport to send them to my office. The website does not allow me to name the guests. I could only put my name as default which also means the signboard at the airport would show my name. I needed to contact Pelago to ask them to change the name on the board. It would be good if there is an option to input names for signboard at airport. It is not always the person who booked who needed the pick up service. Otherwise, all good.
