We would have preferred this trip to be with the tour operator that Pelago booked the Phi Phi Island trip with. This tour was much less relaxed and professional The pickup was stressful- the driver was half an hour late and when I rang the tour operator to check, we were told we weren't booked! The call assistant asked me to email the confirmation voucher but wasn't able to tell me the email address in English - info@anda became info-si-under - however in the end I used whatsapp. The Hong Islands were beautiful but the tour guide seemed to yell at us all day "check your belongings" "be here on time for pick up". One poor guest was 1 minute late to the jetty and the boat left him there. He was picked up by another tour boat as we saw him later but I wouldn't have liked to be in his shoes!
