Whether you’re a family on an adventure, a local looking for something new or a visitor to Sydney, drop by the Australian National Maritime Museum for a world of ocean stories. Located on Sydney’s Darling Harbour, the museum has one of the largest and most diverse in-water fleets anywhere in the world. Stroll along the waterfront and jump onboard the HMB Endeavor to follow the footsteps of early explorers, or descend below the depths of the sea in the HMAS Onslow submarine.
Nice place to visit with kids. Kids got to explore modern and old ships. Kind and helpful staff. Had a great time
It was excellent !!! There is so much to study and learn. The staff members, who were providing the information on board, performed really well, which shows their knowledge, interest and commitment. We (small group of engineers - Electrical and Civil, along with their spouses - overseas and Australian) had little knowledge of real life and technology of sailing at the past times in the maritime field, picked up information from various resources. We had a few questions to the staff based on our knowledge; the answers were just there on their fingertips. Our hats off for them, really appreciate their performance. I also appreciate the performance front office very friendly staff. I have booked the tickets and paid online (via Web). However, I came across a problem, but the staff member managed to sort it out in couple of minutes. I really appreciate that too. May I suggest that there is a little room (opportunity) to improve in this area. Overall, what a nice bunch of human beings, very much appreciated. I wish you all very best and success to continue the level of service and transfer the knowledge to the generations to come. Ananda.
