It all started with a Christmas gift from a friend – a Tanglin Gin bottle, the Black Powder Gin. Intense yet smooth, peppery yet pleasant, the recipient of this boozy gift got hooked. And that recipient was Alberto, also known as the Proud Potato Peeler, a private dining chef who recently went viral on TikTok for his enchanting dining experiences at his gorgeous, fairy-tale-like rooftop home in Lavender.
It was love at first sight for Alberto. He decided to meet up with Bradley, the founder of Tanglin Gin. And the rest, as they say, was history. A Pelago exclusive dining collab at the Tanglin Gin Jungle was born, combining solid cocktails and impeccable Mediterranean fine dining in Dempsey's verdant, lush grounds.
