Dear Pelago feedback staff, it went really well 😊👍. The online pre purchase and pick up was pretty good at the Terminal 1 area near belt 17. The lady serving me perhaps wasn't in the "best mood😒" that night...it was nearly midnight on the 18/04/2024, but she kindly gave me a paper clip edge to remove my old sim card and put the new one(SingTel) in✅. The data was very handy. I did have problems trying to work out how to sms/call back mobiles in Australia, so I just used whatspp instead for phone calls. I did try going to the SingTel website(help/support) to call overseas? But couldn't find? I may be looking in the wrong area... ▪︎I was hoping to get the free USB fan with my order, but the promo only applied to 5G orders. The Pelago instagram help contact people were really helpful. Thank you to Khairul and Idayu for the amazing online help😊😊. Looking forward to returning to Singapore again soon...and using Pelago
