What To Bring
All you need to bring with you is closed-in-laced up shoes and wear comfortable clothes.
The provider will provide all the necessary equipment.
You will pop a jumpsuit over your clothes.
You will need to remove any loose items when you arrive, so leave any valuables at home or put them in one of the secure lockers.

Good To Know
All bookings are subject to availability by factors which may include, but not limited to, other bookings, staff availability, force majeure, maintenance, etc.
Vouchers are applicable for one time use only and all flights are to be used up in the booked session. No carrying forward of any flights is allowed.
For group sharing, flight time will be equally distributed if total flyers are less than the maximum number.
You must check-in at least 1 hour prior to your booked session i.e. 6pm for 7pm session.
There is no replacement or refund for any expired vouchers, cancellations, or latecomers.
Training and gear are included, you simply wear casual comfortable clothes, bring along face masks, closed-in, laced-up shoes such as sneakers or joggers or you can rent them at RM10 a pair.
Smoking and vaping within the facility are strictly prohibited.
All bookings are subject to the Windlab General Terms & Conditions available at https://www.windlab.my/terms-of-service and each flyer/participant must abide by these flight terms.
