In this 90-minute session, you will be safely guided by registered yoga teacher Linda Hao on an inward journey of somatic exploration to bring the nervous system to a state of homeostasis, while gaining a deeper sense of body-mind awareness through another’s touch and body inquiry.
Expand and deepen your breath awareness and lung capacity through guided meditation to relax your body and mind for mental, physical and emotional balance. This private one-on-one session provides an intimate safe container for the giver and receiver, allowing for a deeper emotional release and internal observation.
