Was a really smooth and pleasant experience at the Marina Square outlet. When I walked into the counter, the staff at Kenko were already expecting me. There was no need to wait, and I was ushered into a relatively well sized room immediately. There was really good safe distance between each seat. There was another customer doing foot massage 3 meters away. Did a head and shoulder massage. Masseur was a very friendly senior lady, and she's very experienced. Like that she was sufficiently communicative to check on whether it was too painful, and doesn't break into unnecessary small talk. Felt the weight off my sore shoulders after the session. What would have been a little nicer was a bit of relaxing music (: Overall, good experience, would return!
