Good To Know
An e-voucher will be sent to your email within 2 business days after your boat ticket is issued. Please present a printed copy of this voucher along with the passport of every traveller in your group at the time of boarding.
Children between 0–2 years old not occupying a seat may ride the ferry free of charge.
Please arrive at the port 1 hour before the departure time.
In the event travellers miss their ferry, rescheduling of tickets can be made at the pier (additional charges may apply).
There is a strict implementation of a one hand carry policy per passenger, either backpack or trolley bag. The total dimensions of the trolley bag should not exceed 130 cm; otherwise, it will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
Business class passengers have a complimentary baggage allowance of 20 kilos. Tourist and open-air passengers have a complimentary baggage allowance of 15 kilos.

OceanJet ticket is non-transferrable. Presented valid ID’s should match the passenger’s name as encoded on the ticket.
No refund or replacement can be made on lost tickets.
Tickets bought on promotion or discounts are not subject to refund and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the promotion or discount.
The passenger agrees to abide all the terms and conditions written herein upon purchase of this ticket.
At least 30 minutes before departure time is required for passengers to check-in.
The carrier is not liable to the Passenger for any loss or damage suffered by the Passenger through his or her failure to comply with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel rules of the carrier and/or competent public authority.
It is required for passengers to present their valid ID’s upon check-in. No ID to present, no check-in.
To check-in, pre-printed tickets or tickets bought at the OceanJet port must be presented together with the check-in slips.
