Usage
To redeem your booking, present your redemption voucher, along with your passport and tourist visa (if required) at the Etisalat store in the Abu Dhabi International Airport's Arrival Area. The redemption voucher will be sent to you in a separate email.
Post Purchase
You can collect your SIM Card by visiting Etisalat Business Centre or outlet at Abu Dhabi International Airport in arrival area.

I don't have any complains from Pelago for the booking process but getting the sim installed took way too much time as there was only 1 person in the Etisalat counter with at least 5-6 persons ahead of me. And each installation taking at least 10 mins of time with all kind of document verification and then getting the sim installed. I know it is not of Pelago's fault but they can notify this issue to the vendor. Etisalat's connectivity was great throughout Abu Dhabi, even in the remote desert areas.
