Upon booking confirmation, your professional photographer will be assigned to you within 24 hours. You will be notified of their contact details via email.
Communicate directly with the photographer to agree meeting point and time. To maximise your time with the photographer we highly recommend that you meet the photographer directly at your desired photo shoot location. Doing a photo shoot in multiple locations is possible but not recommended as you will lose time with your photographer travelling from one location to another.
Within 24 hours after your photo shoot, you will receive an email alert once the photographer has uploaded all photos into an online platform. You will be able to view all your photos and shortlist those you'd like edited, and receive an email alert once editing is complete and high-resolution photos are ready for download.

The photographer was a nice person but the quality of the photos left much to be desired. I did ask the photographer for all if the photos if it was possible but I didn't expect that there would be zero editing or selection done. He just dumped all the photographs with me. As someone who takes photos of my own, I would say the experience is pretty disappointing. I would suggest you find one from another website where the portfolio is clearly seen. It seems like those ordered through Pelago, aren't reliable.
