The vehicle used for the tour will vary depending on the number of travelers. Please note that If the number of travelers is small, an English-speaking driver will provide the whole service and there will not be a separate guide accompanying you.
Please note that one adult can bring only one child under 2 years old who does not occupy a seat, no meal or tickets will be provided, and a child fee will be charged for children occupying a seat.
If you need to change your meal to a vegetarian meal due to allergy or religious reasons, the lunch meal can be changed to a 'vegetarian meal'. If you need vegetarian meals or if you do not need meals (refunds cannot be made), please tell us the number of people when making a reservation.
Due to the limited space in the luggage compartment, only one large suitcase per person is allowed on board. If you have two pieces of luggage or more, please inform us in the 'Additional Information' column.
Please note that this tour includes long-distance transportation, and those who are physically unstable (such as pregnant women) should evaluate their own health condition and participate at their own discretion, and bear the risk of not being able to seek medical treatment immediately if there is an unexpected incident caused by physical discomfort during the tour.
Please note that the admission fee for each tourist attraction is based on the standard adult fare, and refunds cannot be made for visitors who apply for special discounts. Also, refunds cannot be made even if the facility is open for free on the day of the tour.
If you are unable to enjoy the sightseeing due to weather conditions etc., we may refund you (the actual amount of fees paid by us) or change the location of the sightseeing spots according to the situation.
Minimum of 20 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 14 day(s) prior to departure.
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 15:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail.
Please arrive at designated location 20 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Meal is not included for children under age 3.
The arrival and departure times and stay times given in the itinerary are only a guideline. The itinerary for the day may vary depending on traffic conditions, and the order may be adjusted as appropriate. We will take a break once every 90 to 120 minutes of bus travel time in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
The above travel time is an estimate and traffic conditions are beyond our control. We apologize for any possible delays.
Please note that the Mount Tsukuba Cable Car and Ropeway may change or be suspended according to the weather conditions. If the service is canceled, we will refund your money for this portion of the tour.

Allow more time for your trip than you think you may need and do not schedule your flight on the return day. Buses may be significantly delayed in arriving at their destination due to accidents, traffic jams, weather, etc. No compensation will be made in the event of loss of your own transportation or other facilities due to bus delays.
