Since the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is not accessible in winter, we will go to Arakurayama Sengen Park from December 1st to April 25th.
One piece of luggage per person is allowed free of charge, and the size is not limited (please note when registering).
Free for children aged 0-2 without occupying a seat; children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults.
If the number of children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat is not informed in advance, resulting in insufficient space in the car, they may be refused to board and the fees will not be refunded.
Chauffeur service fee (premium small group of 1-13 people; bus group of 14-45 people, the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day).

The tour guide, Terri is great. Hats off to Pelago’s customer services team for the prompt reply and priority over my issue. Something that Pelago and experience providers need to improve: 1. False advertising - It is stated we will be heading to Mt Fuji 5th station, Sengen Park, etc. However, I just realised we are only heading to Sengen Park because we can’t visit Mt Fuji 5th station. It will be great to even provide a fixed schedule at Pelago website, subject to change due to weather conditions. 2. Communication - Itinerary is not communicated in advance. I had to email Pelago and they have to wait for experience providers to respond. Ended up itinerary is only received 8.30pm the day before the trip.
Is not like what is offer. I pay for door to door pick up but I still have to go to meeting point. And bot get refund for the balance.
