Rosso vino claimed that there is no link between their restaurant and pelago and they are not aware that this voucher can be purchased from pelago. We spent about 15 to 30mins talking to them on this and eventually they offered another set dinner which is of lower value of what i bought online. The food was good but this miscomm experience was not good. Pelago needs to clear this matter up with the restaurant and stop selling the dinner set if they have issue honoring.
