Discover freedom in the ocean on this freediving course in Phuket. Molchanovs is an organisation of freedivers from beginner to advanced levels. Lap 1 is part of the Molchanovs Wave 1 course. Learn the basics of freediving in the pool and explore relaxation techniques to improve your performance.
This course covers topics from introduction to freediving, fin and finless techniques, visualisation of the dive and more. Lap 1 occurs over a duration of two days.

Itinerary
Day 1:
Freedive Pool (9:00AM-1:00PM) Meet at the freedive pool located in SSS Phuket dive centre to start the course. Here you will learn the basics of static apnea in the swimming pool.Day 2 (Racha Yai):
Pick Up (7:30AM) Pick up from your accommodation.Chalong Pier
After having your breakfast, begin your first dive.Lunch
After enjoying a hot buffet lunch served on board, get the chance to snorkel and sunbathe around the area.Racha Yai
Continue to your second free dive with constant weight.Chalong Pier
Rest, relax and enjoy fresh tropical fruit and soft drinks on the way back to Chalong Pier.Drop Off (4:00PM)
Drop off back at your accommodation.
