Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of booking. Guests are required to provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance.
Guests who book a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their visit. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
Shanghai Disney Resort continues its health and safety measures, in accordance with government regulations and guidance. All guests are advised to strictly follow these measures in support of a safe and happy experience for everyone visiting the resort.
Guests are encouraged to wear masks properly at indoor locations, in queue lines, in crowded outdoor areas, when meeting Disney characters, and while taking transportation.
All guests are encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene, sanitizing and disinfection will continue to be implemented throughout the resort.
The following carriers or vehicles continue to be permitted to be brought into Shanghai Disney Resort:
Manual wheelchairs or electrically powered wheelchairs with at least three wheels and speed lower than 16 km/h (to be used only for the purposes of carrying guests with assisted mobility needs due to disability, advanced age, or relevant medical conditions).
Child strollers meeting all of the following conditions:
Length NOT exceeding 110 cm, width NOT exceeding 80 cm (both including any accessories or extension attachments fully deployed)
Designed and used to transport children 11 years old and younger or with a height of 1.4 meters and below on the day of their visit
Designed to be pushed from behind
The following vehicles and carriers are NOT permitted:
Strollers with a length exceeding 110 cm, and width exceeding 80 cm (both including any accessories or extension attachments fully deployed)
Wagons, stroller wagons
Carts strollers with 3 or fewer wheels
Wheeled carriers
Stroller suitcases
Any trailer-like object that is pushed, pulled, or towed by an electric conveyance vehicle, wheelchair, stroller, or person
Guests are required to make a reservation in advance according to the eligible visitation days of their ticket type, and admission is granted upon a successful reservation.

The daily reservation quota is limited, and is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A reservation can be cancelled and/or changed prior to arriving at the Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance. Available dates for reselection are subject to the calendar and daily park operations.
Arrived the park 9am with a long queue that day. According to the park staff, our tix cant be used on SELECTED DATE! I directly complained to Pelago staff, no solusion given. They come back with an email asked me to send any supporting docs to proof that it’s been fully book, day after we leave the park and Shanghai. Terrible service. 7 tix equals to SGD 602 has been gone for extra effort, time wasted, return taxi cost to the park, broken heart. Scam!!!
